Appointment types
-
Your first visit is an opportunity to take a comprehensive look at your health, understand what’s contributing to your symptoms, and develop a plan that aligns with your goals.
During this appointment, I’ll take the time to learn about your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, current medications, and priorities. We’ll discuss how the menopause transition may be affecting your health, review the latest evidence, and explore treatment options that are right for you.
Your care plan may include menopause hormone therapy, non-hormonal treatment options, lifestyle recommendations, appropriate investigations, and referrals to other healthcare professionals when clinically indicated.
You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your options and a plan tailored to your individual needs, empowering you to make informed ins about your health.
-
Your menopause journey is unique, and your care should evolve with you. This follow-up appointment provides an opportunity to review your progress, discuss your response to treatment, and address any new or ongoing concerns. Together, we'll evaluate what's working well, make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan, and continue to tailor your care to your changing needs and health goals.
Whether you're optimizing hormone therapy, exploring non-hormonal treatment options, or looking for continued guidance on sleep, mood, sexual health, bone health, or overall well-being, you'll receive ongoing evidence-based support every step of the way.
-
Sometimes you don't need a full follow-up appointment. This focused visit is designed for brief concerns that arise between scheduled consultations, such as medication questions, review of side effects, minor treatment adjustments, or updates on your progress.
These appointments provide timely support to help keep your care on track while ensuring your treatment plan continues to meet your needs.
-
