You’ll work directly with me, Olja, throughout your care. There’s no rotating team of clinicians and no need to explain your story to someone new at each visit.
I intentionally keep my practice small so I can take the time to get to know you and your health concerns. Appointments are dedicated to your midlife and menopause care, with time to ask questions and talk through what’s important to you.
The person you meet with is also the person reviewing your results, prescribing your treatment, and following your progress. As things change, we can pick up where we left off and adjust your care along the way.
-

Yes. When appropriate, menopause hormone therapy (MHT) will be discussed and prescribed as part of your treatment plan.
Hormone therapy isn't right for everyone, and treatment recommendations are made after considering your symptoms, medical history, individual risks, preferences, and goals.
Non-hormonal treatment options are also available.
-
Not necessarily. Perimenopause and menopause are typically identified based on your age, menstrual history, and symptoms, and routine hormone testing is often not needed.
Depending on your symptoms, medical history, and treatment plan, bloodwork or other investigations may be recommended to assess your overall health, rule out other causes for your symptoms, or safely guide treatment. If testing is needed, we’ll discuss this during your consultation.
-
